Our original 7 BBL production brewery has been reconfigured into “The Shop” where we brew all our small batch and experimental beer. The Shop is where our brewery team flexes their creative muscles and push the boundaries of traditional style guidelines and ingredients. The location was first opened in 2010 and served as our production facility brewing 2,000 plus beer barrels annually until 2018.

The Shop produces 75+ different beers a year and is a chance for our customers to try the next generation of craft beer in its early stages. Migration’s deep relationships with hop and grain suppliers gives us access to experimental and sought after ingredients. By analyzing sales data and direct product feedback, our beer team fine tunes experimental concepts and recipes in the never-ending pursuit of brewing perfection.
