Migration Joins Burger Week
Migration Brewing Joins Burger Week with Unbeatable $15 Burger, Fries & Pint Special.
Migration Brewing is joining Portland Mercury’s Burger Week 2026, running August 10–16, with two brand-new, location-exclusive burger creations and a pub special built for the occasion: a full burger, fries, and pint combo for $15.
Migration is putting a distinct spin on this event at two of its Portland pubs — one burger leaning fresh and herbaceous, the other leaning sweet, hot, and smoky.
Summer Maxxing Burger — Williams Pub & Patio (Boise, Northeast Portland)
At the Williams location, 3947 North Williams Ave, Migration is serving the Summer Maxxing Burger, a juicy, grilled beef patty reimagined as a Caprese salad in burger form. It’s built with thick slices of ripe tomato, creamy fresh mozzarella, spring greens, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze, then finished with a spicy basil pesto for a little heat. The whole thing lands on a toasted bun, balancing savory, creamy, tangy, and herbaceous notes in every bite.
The Hot Marion — Migration Brewing Co. (Kerns, Southeast Portland)
At the original Glisan pub, 2828 NE Glisan, Migration is serving The Hot Marion: a quarter-pound smash patty topped with roasted jalapeño marionberry jam, smoked cheddar, arugula, and crispy fried onions.
