PDX CRAFT
PRIDE WEEK

Annual Pride Party Friday June 21st

Migration Brewing has spearheaded gathering some of Portland’s finest craft breweries and beer bars to participate in the second annual PDX Craft Beer Pride Week.  This year’s celebration will coincide with Portland Craft Beer Week and kick off on Sunday, June 14th – June 23rd.  Throughout the week, each participating brewery will have a night of Pride programming full of music, beer, food specials and will also include a LGBTQ non-profit donation.  The week will be capped off with a closing party at the McMenamins Crystal Ballroom.

Migration will be hosting their Pride night party on Friday June 21st from 4pm-9pm at their original Glisan location.  Fresh from the brewery will be this year’s “Colors of Love”, a Mexican Lager that comes in at 5.2% ABV and features Motueka hops.  The brewpub will also have a specialty food menu for the festivities to go along with an array of vendors including: Brim Bar PNW,  Art From Hell Smut, Lion’s Paw Jewelry, Wheelchair Worm, Chainmail jewelry, and Leo Forest.  In addition, local LGBTQ organizations; iridescent daydream pdx – pdxqueermeetup, Queer AAPI and Queer Mountaineering will all be tabling.

“We’re really excited for this celebration.  The participating breweries jumped on board quickly and the fact that it coincides with Portland’s Craft Beer Week should be a lot of fun,” says Colin Rath, Migration’s Pub Operations Director, and Co-Founder. “We’ve always enjoyed hosting a large annual Pride party and it only made sense to see if we could make it bigger.  So far, the response has been extremely positive, and we look forward to building off last year’s event with even more great programming,” states Rath.

Participating breweries: Steeplejack Broadway, Mosaic Taphouse, Baerlic Alberta, Breakside Slabtown, Wayfinder, Gigantic Taproom and Champagne Room, Migration Brewing Glisan, Threshold, and McMenamins Crystal Ballroom.
